There are so many people asking about the bonding and the contractor bonding. Actually it is the same with the work together as the co builder so that every contactor involved will have their own part to build in a project. They are working together since they are having different major in work one may work in the foundation and another one will work in the material supply and the other one will focus on the building. It is sometimes called as the subcontractor bonding so that the contractor that wins the auction will use the subcontractor to build their projects or in other word they will use the other contractor service.
The subcontractors that will be used are first gathered and usually they are asked whether they are already passed the contractor bonding requirements or not. If not they will automatically fail but when they are passed it will be good for them. It is sometimes important to use this kind of contractor bonding to gain more profit for the contractor. Some customer will sometimes against this kind of action since they do not want their project to build by the third parties.
However, there are many of company that is using this kind of contractor bonding system to bump their profit so that they will get more profit by doing the broker function not as a contractor. This system will develop the smaller contractor or we can call as the subcontractor since they will supplied with many job to finish and they will develop to professional contractor too in the future.
