First you must sand your cabinets. This will be easier if the doors are removed. The first sanding should be done with 120 grit sand paper. Be sure to sand in direction of the wood grains.
For the second sanding you should use 220 grit sand papers. After wards the wood conditioner should be applied to the wood. The stain should then be rubbed into the wood with a rag or towel.
